Not as a TD dependant. But Registered Nurse is itself a listed profession, so the spouse may be able to obtain their own TN with a U.S. employer, which is a separate application on the spouse's own facts.
Two professionals can mean two principals
TD status accompanies a TN professional and permits study but not employment of any kind, so a Torbay nurse who enters as the accountant's TD dependant cannot take a nursing job. A separate option is for the nurse to become a TN principal in their own right: Registered Nurse is listed in Appendix 2 and is qualified by a state or provincial licence or a Licenciatura degree. The nurse would need their own prearranged employment, a U.S.
state nursing licence or endorsement, the health-care worker certification that U.S. law requires for foreign-educated nurses, and a separate port-of-entry application or employer-filed Form I-129 petition. The two applications are independent: one spouse's admission does not admit the other, and each keeps status only while their own employment continues.
Children may accompany either parent as TD dependants and may study but not work. If the nurse prefers not to work immediately, entering as TD and later pursuing their own TN when a job is found is possible.
